Joven Narwal has been invited to speak at the 10^th Annual Law of Policing Conference, hosted by the Canadian Institute, November 20-21, 2019.

Mr. Narwal will be speaking about his successful challenge to the warrantless seizure of his client’s personal information contained on a database maintained by the Barwatch Program and will be discussing the implications of this decision for the advancement of civil rights and the limiting of warrantless seizures of personal information by law enforcement.
