Zachary joined Narwal Litigation LLP as a summer articled student in May 2025. He will return to the Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in September to complete his final year of law school.
Originally from Toronto, Zachary earned his Bachelor of Arts from Western University before moving to British Columbia for law school. He began his legal studies at the University of Victoria, transferring to UBC after his first year to pursue its broad offerings in criminal law and experiential learning opportunities. While at the University of Victoria, he served as the Pro Bono Students Canada representative, supporting student involvement in public interest work. In 2024, he spent the summer working with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, where he supported Vancouver clients across a range of legal issues and gained experience in advocacy and legal drafting.
Zachary is thrilled to be spending his 2L summer with Narwal Litigation LLP, where he is continuing to build on his passion for criminal defence. He is drawn to the strategic and advocacy-driven nature of litigation and looks forward to further developing his skills in this area.
