Vancouver – We are pleased to announce that our client was found not guilty of serious drug trafficking related charges after the court found that our client’s rights were breached by the police.

As reported in the Vancouver Sun, the BC Securities Commission has stayed $35 million in penalties as a result of our successful argument in the BC Court of Appeal last year. New Westminster – We are pleased to the announce our victory today in which our client was found not guilty of importation of 23 kilograms of cocaine and possession for the purposes of trafficking, after a full trial in New Westminster Supreme Court. The cocaine was valued at $1 million whole sale and had a street value of $2.3 million.

Vancouver – We are pleased to announce our successful appeal of a $7.3 Million disgorgement order made by the BC Securities Commission against our clients. The unanimous ruling of a three justice panel of the British Columbia Court of Appeal was released this morning.
