Kendra Hewson joined Narwal Litigation LLP as an associate in 2025 after completing her articles at a firm in downtown Vancouver. She received her J.D. from Thompson Rivers University, where she was actively involved in student advocacy. During law school, Kendra competed as an oralist in the Jessup Moot in Public International Law, volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, and worked as a research assistant.
Kendra was recognized for both academic excellence and her commitment to public interest work. She received Dean’s Course Prizes in Advanced Criminal Law and Ethical Lawyering. She was awarded the Law Foundation of B.C. Public Interest Award and the TRUSU Award of Excellence in Student Support. Prior to law school, Kendra worked for several years as a family law paralegal and legal assistant in criminal law firms, which shaped her passion for client-centered advocacy.
