Ms. Boldt joined Narwal Litigation LLP as an associate after completing her articles with our firm. She received her J.D. from the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University (TRU). She originally began with us as a Legal Administrative Assistant in February of 2014 and returned as a summer articled student and then an articled student. She has been an integral member of our team for many years.
Ms. Boldt received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Criminology from the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), where she graduated on the Dean’s list. Throughout her studies she was involved in the Criminal Justice Student Association which supported charity events, organized social networking events, arranged for guest speakers and promoted student involvement in the School of Criminology. Also while at UFV, she had the opportunity to complete two practicums, one working with Correctional Service Canada (CSC) alongside an Institutional Parole Officer and one with Crown Counsel alongside a lawyer throughout a criminal trial.
Shortly after completing her Bachelor’s degree, Ms. Boldt volunteered with CSC as an academic tutor to inmates who were pursuing their Dogwood diploma. She also volunteered with More Than a Roof Housing Society as a Community Kitchen Volunteer, spending time with the residents and assisting in organizing events to reach out and connect with the surrounding community.
During law school, Ms. Boldt had the opportunity to complete the Family Violence Screening Workshop through the West Coast Alternative Dispute Resolution Law Group. She was also involved with the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law where she served as both an Assistant Editor and subsequently an Editor throughout her second and third years of school.
